Yeah it's not like they are trying to drum up business or anything. I personally
don't know of a single case where a cyclist has been successfully sued by a car
driver or their ins. co. for causing an accident. Not having insurance in no way
precludes a cyclist from taking legal action (with help from no win no fee
deals) against the filthy car driving scum that cause accidents. The uninsured
driver case mentioned in the article is bit of a red herring since you can still
litigate thru the civil courts. If they have no money you can find out where
they live and get the immense satisfaction of kicking the crap out of them
(assuming you are out of hospital). Anyway after offering these pearls of wisdom
I must go for a ride, even if it is overcast and looking a bit drizzly sigh
...England sucks donkey cock.

Don't forget pedestrian insurance. It's very important to
have pedestrian insurance in case you're run down by
a hit and run van driver, or sued by a banker for causing an
accident after you fall under the wheels of his Bentley.

Sincerely,
The Insurance Mafia
