The man was spotted lying on the pavement in Wellington Hill next to a
bicycle around 4.30pm last Friday (November 16) by a motorcyclist, who
stopped to check on his condition.
But as the biker approached, the cyclist “jumped up” and hit the man
over the head with a claw hammer

“The offender then searched the motorcyclists pockets and stole his
wallet. The victim has suffered a nasty cut to his forehead.”
