I need a pair of Speedplay X-series pedals for a new bike. Hoping to
save a few bucks, I've been looking for a used set of X2's but I've
been surprised at the high prices these pedals seem to command in the
used market, so I've begun to consider the new X-5 pedals. Anyone have
an opinion on these? Have the durability issues that seem to have
plagued the X3's been resolved in this design? Are the X-5's innards
any different from the X-2's?
