Thank to you (HydroStop was the magic word) I have just found some pics:

Those look much modern and solid then mine. Comparing, mine has stiff
hoses about 4 mm and has very tiny and delicate screws.

As to pads - they are almost the same construction like those:

But mine pads are shorter and has pattern like this classic:
