Training, a licence and insurance does not compute for cyclists.
Most of the cycling filth are unemployed and live in council flats.


I think it is a good idea to require motorists to pass an annual cycling test to maintain their driving privileges.
Maybe one day they will actually pay for their road space. £5000/mile should come close.
