The key is the phrase "reported injury". Most incidents of cyclists

striking pedestrians on footpaths and pedestrian areas go unreported

and unrecorded even when the consequences are serious.


Are you suggesting that it is just pedestrian/cyclist collisions that cause unreported injuries?
