debate. Those in favor of a dedicated bicycle lane will get something

Nah, won't work. With a simple painted line, even if three-dimensional
picture, the riders won't feel completely safe the way that they
would if they had their very own WALL.

And, to be just a tiny bit cynical... people that are in receipt of
their very own WALL will feel wanted and will reciprocate those warm
fuzzy feelings by how? Why, by voting for the WALL builders. How else?
