Default Korey Jerome Kruse of Eudora, Kansas was found guilty by the Kansas Supreme Court of publishing defamation.

Korey Jerome Kruse of Eudora, Kansas, United States was found guilty
by the Kansas Supreme Court of publishing defamation.

Just as well it only applies to Kansas

Korey Jerome Kruse was also placed under an Order "... requiring the
defendant to make all reasonable efforts to remove from the internet,
the entirety of any and all of the internet postings that he has
published or caused to be published, and which refer to ..." the
Plaintiff.

Now there is some one who does not understand the Internet. Once it is
out there it is almost impossible to remove from all the archives.
Besides the Kansas ruling has no effect on any of the Internet or people
outside Kansas.

So as long as Kruse does not go to Kansas there is nothing AFAICS the
court can do.

Kruse was ordered to do so within 60 days of July 15, 2008.
As of today's date (January 15, 2009) Korey Jerome Kruse has failed to
comply with this Order.

What has the court done about it?

Since Korey Jerome Kruse's libel and defamation still remains on the
internet, this page has been updated accordingly in response.
