How many 'law abiding drivers' in the following video used the horn correctly?

£100 fine + 3 points would seem appropriate.

Why do you want to force people to misuse the horn?

Is there some point you are failing to make?

I seek to make no point; I asked a question in order to clarify the
point you were seeking, but clearly failing, to make.

I think you need to get an adult to read the Highway Code to you.

You need to think up (yes, I know there's a problem there straightaway)
some new "witticisms".

Are you saying all the drivers in the video used the horn correctly?

No. I didn't even watch it.

So why did you comment on this topic? The video was the key to the discussion.

I didn't comment on your topic. I am not obliged, and neither do I
intend, to do so. Especially not if it invloves watching one of the
multitude of Youtube videos of man behaving badly.

You still haven't realised your basic error in English, have you?

Is that what this is all about? Your pathetic attempt to score a point?
You are sadder than Pounder.

Why do you want to enforce misuse of the horn?

It seems an extraordinary thing to wish for.

And you can't put it down to a typo or spelling error.
