He didn't look too shocked to me when I saw him. |

The more I think about this, the more it makes my blood boil. You are entitled to a jury of your peers (OK - I know most cases are not heard by jury), and you are innicent until proven guilty. But it you don't want to answer questions about your conduct in court, you lie and say you can't remember. |

Witnesses said he'd been drinking, but as he would have been automatically breathalysed by the police, he must have been under the limit, i.e. not drunk. He also had to be restrained from doing a runner, by all accounts. |
