Default If the GMP can do this many........

How many could the Met do?

Police have slapped 400 cyclists with fines in just 10 days as part of a
crackdown on 'dangerous and irresponsible' biking.

The £30 penalty notices were handed out along Oxford Road and Wilmslow Road
for offences such as running red lights, not having lights fitted, cycling
on footpaths and using mobile phones whilst cycling.

Cyclists were also fined for dangerously weaving in and out of traffic.

Fair enough!

How about they do the same for motorists!

Bet they would get a far greater proportion than cyclists.

Dave - Cyclists' BERK: Very few. They are an insignificant minority and not viable. It would be better if the British Toy and Hobby Association showed some responsibility and implemented a recall of these defective toys.

And you could be in trouble for conspiring to waste police time, sonny boy.

Unsporting. Locating lawbreaking motorists in Manchester is a bit like
shooting fish in a barrel.

Bet they would get a far greater proportion than cyclists.

Bet they would run out of fixed penalty forms first! They probably had
to blow the force's printing budget to amass as many as 400 this time...
