More complaints about cyclists

Police will be targeting cyclists on pavements in Clarendon Park, Leicester. They are stepping up patrols after complaints from residents. Pc Hardip Singh Dayal said: “I have had complaints about people cycling illegally on footpaths and pavements in Clarendon Park Road and Queens Road, Leicester. Some people have even been knocked over by cyclists. We intend to reduce complaints by working with cyclists to resolve this problem.”

Pretty ****ed up if you can't cycle in the park, they're brilliant places for kids to go play on their bikes
