Hello!
I've decided to return & try to cure a few cyclists.

"Many people barely recognise the bicycle as a legitimate mode of transport; it is either a toy for children or a vehicle fit only for the poor and/or strange," Dave Horton, of Lancaster University, wrote in an interim assessment of the Understanding Walking and Cycling study. "For them, cycling is a bit embarrassing, they fail to see its purpose, and have no interest in integrating it into their lives, certainly on a regular basis." |

(I am posting in this fashion: random name in the From field - and signed by me because Glugg has suggested I do it in order to evade kill-files. Well I think that's why he did it - it certainly seems to have worked He is my little helper (between his gluggs of course) Judith |

Chief loons are still about though. Welcome back, Dave. I trust with your well earned rest you are now fighting fit to do battle with said loons. I hope their much increased lunacy will not deter you from our quest to help them see the error of their ways. -- Dave - Cyclists VOR. I note that your old house has increased in value by nearly £10,000 since you downsized by buying another house next to the motorway costing just £2,000 over the threshold for stamp duty. Have you squandered the £45,000 you raised by downsizing yet? |
