Fairly standard psycholist behaviour - deliberately obstructing traffic, not
using cycle lanes, swearing and assaulting a lone female.

The report doesn't make sense. It first says that the confrontation
took place on Twickenham Bridge, then rambles on about traffic lights.
Google Earth shows Twickenham Bridge is nowhere near any traffic lights. And
what was this bit about him cycling "off towards the Richmond
Circus roundabout"?

The only explanation is that she wasn't going anywhere because of the weight
of traffic and she made him the scapegoat. Approaching the back of the queue
on the bridge she made some manouevre with her car to which he took
exception.
He was then able to continue but she couldn't.

mean, then, that the cyclist didn't behave like an oaf.

pedestrians, if successfully deployed, is assault.
