Default " I don’t care what you do, I will keep doing things like that."

The words spoken by a road rage cyclist, after his arrest for attacking
an elderly couple for an alledged 'cutting up' No collision.

Doug McConnell, defending, said McLaren had a medical condition and
had been going through a tough spell acting as carer for his mother. He
said McLaren has since changed his behaviour.

McLaren, 37, of Forest Park Place, admitted behaving in a threatening
and abusive manner by shouting, swearing and threatening Alexander and
Sybil Ramsay and punching the wing mirror of a car, smashing it, at
Dundee City Council amenities site at Riverside Drive on March 23.

Sheriff Tom Hughes deferred sentence until November 19 for reports and a
restriction of liberty order assessment.

Sounds like the weakest defence ever for scummy behaviour, I hope he
gets locked up, but I doubt it.

A good thing this person wasn't in charge of a car.

Yes, you're right. He had a medical condition, apparently, which meant he
"wasn't right".
So quite rightly he was reduced to riding a bike, like a lot of the other
half-wits and imbeciles who also ride bikes.

Yup, you only have to realise that the thickest, stupidest person that
was ever reduced to riding a bicycle, namely Albert Einstein.
I mean halfwits don't come any thicker than that.

Note the word "lot".

I would have used the words "nearly all".

Well we don't know what the guys driving was actually like. If he had
driven dangerously a few choice words, such as you prick, wouldn't seem
to be inappropriate.

He shouldn't have broken the guys mirror but perhaps he just tapped it
and it fell out. How much does mirror glass cost to replace?

Retard. Find one genius riding a bike doesn't prove that all cyclists
are clever, they are far from it.

Of course it did, they always do that.

How much does mirror glass cost to replace?

Not the point. It's still criminal damage.

And perhaps a fairy wafted down on a sunbeam and landed on the mirror,
causing the glass to fall out.
Yes, ridiculous, I know, but no more ridiculous than the last poster's
suggestion.

Blimey, the amount of denial on here is getting farcical.

Up to 350 quid for the glass alone
