Well, an amazing week with 291 posts made.
However it was not actually a full week, as there were only 6 days of posting;
giving an awesome 50 posts a day.
Well done Simon, and keep them coming. Don't take any of this crap about
posting in BP's time; if you have something interesting to say, then say it!!

A quick look at how many threads he starts that get no replies, should
illustrate just how uninteresting his posts are.

If it wasn't for the replies that correct his "facts" or take the ****, I
reckon he'd have a "hit" rate of about 1 post in 20.

No a zero response sometimes means the point made is irrefutable.

Hello Bugbear.
Well I never.
I was sure that someone vowed to destroy urc some time ago and now it
seems it is as popular as ever if it is attracting so many newcomers.
I have heard that uk.rec.driving is more or less dead now with just
grumpy old Firth and a few other posters bickering amongst themselves.
If urc is still a lively and popular part of usenet as you say, it
only mirrors the boom in cycling not just in the UK, but worldwide.

Long may it continue. :-)

Simple Simon Mason - who cycles at 25mph in 20mph limits just because the limits do not apply to cyclists.
This includes exceeding the speed limit past three schools. A total disregard for the well-being of vulnerable road users.
The actions of a true psycholist.

A variety of bioluminescent displays (Herring et al., 1994; Hunt, 1996)
combined with unpredictable flips and turns allow V. infernalis to hide
safely from pursuing predators in its darkened habitat without swimming
more than a few meters.

Hello Bugbear - I love the way that Papermule allow you to abuse the internet in their time.

Are they part of the BP organisation?
