Again, a tool carried in most cars was used as a weapon, along with the car itself. Now both are in jail.

The wheel nut spanner and the car were put in jail? That is an
innovative approach to sentencing. Do they get time off for good
behaviour?

These brothers assaulted a person they believed had burgled their caravan
but the journalist decides the victim was a cyclist. So where were the
motorist in this?

QUOTE:
"Jonathan Barnes, prosecuting, said Mr Juniper was cycling down a country lane between Dunkeswell and Hemyock when the brothers passed him in a 4x4 and recognised him.

They turned around and David, who was driving, knocked him off his bike by ramming him from behind.

The judge told them: "This was a vicious attack by two on one. You used the car initially as a weapon and later a tyre brace."

Perhaps (some?) cyclists would be safer if they wore face masks (or
something) as an aid to preventing recognition.

Just a suggestion.

PS: How do you use a car as a tyre brace?
