Default "Redhill cyclist pushed off his bike by car passenger"

So when they are not running cyclists down or ramming them they are pushing
cyclists too? Where does all this car user aggression spring from? Is it
caused by self-imposed congestion frustration, or the enormous speed
differential between car and bicycle which can lead to driver frustration
when they are held up by slower road traffic?

"A Surrey cyclist suffered a fractured shoulder when he was pushed off his
bike by a passenger in a car.

The 49-year old victim fell to the ground after the occupant of a passing
car, believed to be a Mini, leant out and pushed one of the handlebars of
his bike.

The cyclist also suffered cuts and bruises to his leg, arm and hip.

Police said the man was cycling near the law courts in Redhill at about
19:30 BST on 28 September."

Since I video all of my rides, I would have had footage of such an
assault and the perps would soon find plod knocking on their door.

Is that like your video of seven motorists driving through a red light
in 34 seconds?

So how often does this ramming occur? Do you have the figures?

Where does all this car user aggression spring from? Is it
caused by self-imposed congestion frustration, or the enormous speed

when they are held up by slower road traffic?

No, we just think you are a bunch of annoying *******.

In the report I posted, the attacker was driving by the law courts
towards the police station so he was being more stupid than usual.

You obviously know his identity (assuming he exists and that the incident
occurred as described).

Was it you?

So what causes your annoyance and do you run cyclists down as a
result?

Doug.

The fact that they exist.

Sheer jealousy I would have said.
That much is obvious.

However it is not against the law to be in a minority.
