Fair enough that the bus tooted. Bicyclist should have just acknowledged the toot and moved out of the way. It is illegal to park on a bus stop. The bicyclists subsequent actions were certainly criminal. |

Stopping *randomly* is possibly one of the most annoying things which other road users can do. Probably more annoying than RLJing. It annoys everyone. Cyclists, drivers, and in this case, bus drivers. |
