At the Seven Hills end, where's the best place to park the car and access
the M7 cycleway?

In your garage, take the train to Toongabbie or Seven Hills and ride across
to Old Windsor Rd cycleway which links to the M7.

You could use either the Homemaker parking area at Celebration Drive or
the commuter parking area at Burns T-Way Bus station. Then head south
along the T-Way Shared Path to Norwest Bvde or to the start of the M7
cycleway after the over bridge crossing Old Windsor Rd.

Ok. Doesn't that take me onto the M7 rather than the cycle way?

From intersection of Norwest Bvd and Old Windsor Rd either:

West along shared path along south side of Norwest Bvd to M7 to #59 on
'Westlink M7 Cycling Pamphlet' (http://tinyurl.com/6ym7fl)

OR

South along T-Way shared path along east side of Old Windsor Rd to
Cycleway/Pedestrian overbridge to west side of T-Way to join start of M7
cycleway at #62
