The best form of exercise for anyone is the kind that they enjoy and are therefore likely to continue doing. I think that swimming is best - cycling a close second. Not if you don't enjoy swimming. I don't like swimming, so I am unlikely to stick with it and derive long term benefit from it. Good thinking. |
