I know you went to Loyola because you told me so. All Catholic colleges
require that you waste inordinate amounts of time on courses like religion
and philosophy, which is why I never went to a Catholic college. Catholic
colleges are good at preparing students for law and medical schools, but
terrible at any of the liberal arts. Reason? Too much religion.

Most Loyola (Chicago) students, faculty and staff end up on LSD at one
time or another.

I must be the exception then if you mean lysergic acid diethylamide.
If you are referring to campus residence ... lake shore dormitory, I
attended as a commuter.

Never head south past the Loyola campus on Sheridan Road, then go around
the bend?

Loyola has two campuses, actually. Not sure what you are getting at
here, but I'm familiar with much of Sheridan road, having lived near
it and having cycled on much of it as well.

Sigh

You are a purveyor of disinformation ... now that is a wonder that

never ceases. I haven't had anything to do with Ed Gin for over a
decade. You on the other hand, who only encountered the guy only on
the internet ,cannot cease from dredging up his name and forum events
form the past. It is time long overdue for you to let it go. Have
you discussed your obsession with [of] yours with your therapist?

You were the one who obsessed about Ed Gin. I merely told him to go ****
himself. That is what you should have done too if you had listened to my
sage advice instead of remonstrating with him. I have never known anyone so
clueless as you when it came to Ed Gin. Even the cowardly Tom Sherman came
out of that fracas better.

Nope, you should have ass kicked him as you should have ass kicked Ed Gin.
You clearly lack the killer instinct. I'll be damned if I will defend
Loyola
for you although I am tempted.

Loyola is not in need of defense, yours or mine, It stands on its own

merits. As concerns ass kicking, only those who get completey out of
line require that and you are first in line.

Everyone and everything requires defending when under attack, even Obama and
socialism. Tom Sherman spends his life defending the indefensible. Hey,
someone has got to do it!

This should be a lesson to Tom Sherman, but he never seems to learn
anything. It does not pay to be cryptic on Usenet. It will be misinterpreted
every time. Who the hell knew what "LSD" was. Like Jim, I thought it was
some kind of illegal drug.

Humor does not work in print unless you are an Oscar Wilde. Humor requires
face to face verbal communication where all the other signals are also
present. What does work in print is kicking ass. It is why I am Great and
you aren't.

By the way, you were once in one of the garden spots of the world, the Quad
Cities (Illinois Side). Why did you ever leave? You only want to reside in a
large metro like Chicago-Milwaukee if you are filthy rich and can afford to
live in one of those luxurious apartment buildings on Lake Shore Drive
(LSD). A poor person is a thousand times better off in a small town.

We have had this discussion countless times, but you still insist on
resurrecting the matter over and over again. Why? Well, because you
live in the past and are obsessed with a man whose ass you failed to
successfully kick and with whom you will never have closure. If I am
obsessed with Ed Gin, then why is it that the only mention I have made
of the man's name, in over a decade name, has solely been in direct
response to and objection to your inability to refrain from
resurrecting the past about Ed Gin. I have challenged to abstain, to
cease, but you have failed miserably to do so. Obsession with Ed Gin
is your conundrum to resolve, not mine.

Diversion is duly noted, but in some ways refreshingly acceptable
since you know so little about disease, treatments, nutrition,
supplementation, he FDA, doctor patient relationships, etc. Since you
are unwilling to get up to speed precluding an intelligent exchange,
diversion is just as well. It is just disappointingly tiresome that
the best diversion you can muster is the mind-numbing, insipid old Ed
Gin crap. How pathetic.

DUH, got it now. I gues it is just the Lake Shore Drive is rarely
referred to by that acronym here.

I purchased a 3-bedroom townhouse with 2-car garage for less than a
efficiency condominium with outside parking only would have cost in the
Chicagoland suburbs. Saved enough money for a velomobile, scooter, GLR
(need to get it put together), etc.
