Default 7000 cyclists to have city centre to themselves.

I hope to take part in what looks to be a good day's cycling on closed
roads.

"Dan Goodey, regional recreation manager for British Cycling, said:
"Hopefully this will encourage lots more people in the city to take up
cycling, which will improve their health and fitness and is also a

"Completely free" is pushing it.
My last full car service and MOT was less than half of what I paid for a
front cycle lamp.
