Tylers team broke handlebars; hack saw seen at start line

Hey,

Tylers team broke handlebars in the stage 4 TTT. I saw photos of the
Phonak goons with hack saws going at it before the stage. Duh!

Even at my SoCal bike shop, we know better. Hack saws and BFH's are
reserved for behind the back room wall.

Maybe I'll have to be the next fake RC. I definitely have a good chunk of the
asshole factor down. If I try really hard, and you all help, I think I can rise
to that level.
