134 Alexander Vinokourov 3:24 (was 61st at 0:19)

There are not many people that make you feel like the race got more
interesting just by showing up at the start line. And I don't feel
like a warmup race got more interesting with him being there.

But I hope his form allows him to ride the Tour.
