And the relevance to cycling is?

You really can't see the relevance to cycling in a report of a
defendant appearing in court charged with causing grievous bodily harm to a child
by wanton or furious cycling?

Does someone who uses his car to hurt someone apply to you and to all
motorists? Does the actions of one motorist make you all guilty?

That question (and all the possible answers to it) are irrelevant.
Can you *really* not see the relevance to cycling in a report of a
defendant appearing in court charged with causing grievous bodily harm
to a child by wanton or furious cycling?

I can't see the relevance to a newsgroup that is dedicated to the
recreational sport of cycling. Accidents happen.

This newsgroup, despite its title, has not been dedicated to the
"recreational sport of cycling" for at least fifteen years, if ever.

So now you can see the relevance.

So now you rewrite the purpose of this group, despite its title. Since
you have already done the same thing with the highway code, it seems
that this is a habit of yours. Have you thought of going into politics?
They seem to need slightly stupid liars who twist things to suit their
own ends.

No.

I remind you of it, and disabuse you of your erroneous beliefs.

The majority of the posts in ukrc are about road-use for everyday purposes.

*If* the group was ever meant only for discussion of recreational
cycling, it certainly has not kept to that for teh past sixteen years at
least.

Innocent - at least of that which the police claim.

Cylists can easily cause injury and death to vulnerable road users.

I hate to call people thick when it is meant just as an insult but for

The word "Cyclist" is the clue.
