UCI-US Cycling Federation, that should't take more than a month. Once
they spell it out, does it go into effect the day the the "A" sample
came out, or "B", or day of testing ?

"I would not expect a decision to be made in Landis's case until
December of this year or January of next year," Buxeda said. He can't
be referring to a decision by the US Cycling federation surely ?

Don't you mean four years? Pro Tour is four years but he could race for a
domestic team in two.

Right, but he's unlikely to get invited on the TDF !

I have no idea what you are talking about. Riders don't get invited, teams
do.

I think you're being overly pedantic. To put it another way, no team which includes
Landis will be invited. It's happened before.

And a team containing Landis is unlikely to be welcome.

If the Pro Tour stays around they would have no choice...David Millar

Things hsve changed since then: now ProTour teams are not available for 4,
not 2, years.

Hardly matters if the ProTour isn't around any more.
