Ksyrium wear and tear indicators

Hello,
I am considering to buy used Ksyrium Elite wheels.
What I do not like about these wheels is that
I can't see any sign of wear and tear indicator on
breaking surfaces.

On the other side there is no mention of any w&t indicators
in Mavic manual:

Is there any wear and tear indicator on Ksyrium Elite
rims?

If that's your only concern you might drill a small hole in
the sidewall to a calibrated depth as the Pacenti rims have.
