No Doug, it's not a change at all. Try reading other people's posts
occasionally, but read what is there not what you think is there.

Aren't we regularly assured here that speed isn't dangerous, but that
carelessness is?

And, before your spellchecker kicks in, no, "carlessness" isn't
dangerous.
