Default Bus driver complaint

Dear Sir/Madam.

I have recently been at the receiving end of three road rage incidents
by your drivers while I have been out cycling on the roads in Hull.
The first incident was when one of your drivers was going to pick up a
passenger outside the White Hart pub on Alfred Gelder Street at 1300
on 23 Dec 11.
The bus entered the cycle lane and was so close to my right shoulder
that I could beat the door with my fist, at which point the driver
made an obscene gesture to me and waved me "out of his way". Previous
to this he had nearly hit me as I waited at a red light crossing
outside the Burlington Tavern.

The next incident happened at the junction of Boothferry Road and
North Road heading west. I was waiting in the green cycle box, when
one of your buses illegally entered the box, by crossing over his stop
line while the lights were at red. This lane is turn left only into
North Road, but he went straight on to pick up a passenger at the
Eastfield, North Road stop and nearly hit me. After he caught me up
down Boothferry High Road he passed me by very close in an attempt to
intimidate me.

Yesterday, (4 Jan) at approx 1530h, I was cycling from the green cycle
box at the Anlaby Road/ Rawling Way in a westerly direction, when
another bus came alongside me, again so close that I could bash the
door with my fist. He then sounded his horn at me three times for me
to get out of the way so he could pick up a passenger at the Newington/
Coltman Street stop.

Could you make your drivers aware that I carry a camera which I use to
video these incidents and that in the future I will not hesitate to
send in the footage and that these incidents of road rage can escalate
into incidents like this.

Dear Mr Mason

You seem to cycle like a man possessed . We at the bus station have had a
right good laugh at the comments on the Hull Daily Mail web site.

Keep up the good work; but for now - please just **** off.

Yours faithfully

The Manager.

Don't send it Simon.
The grammar is not brilliant and your words "I could beat/ bash the door
with my fist" are illogical.
Sending it anomalously will get scant attention as this is the cowards way
of doing a moan. I'm not calling you a coward. Putting your address there
could open a very big tin of worms if the drivers contest what you have
stated.

And this is from a cyclist who has posted a video of himself overtaking
three buses that were signalling to turn right.
