I think Beltran was hanging around 25th, so the new, improved Beltran
Line will make the

From what I gather here in France, the first and fourth stages were
tainted, because won by a doper under investigation and the other by a
doper caught by the police. Yesterday and today were also suspect
because hardly any French riders could get in the top 30. It was only
on the other stages, won by French riders or dominated by French
breakaways, that the renewal of the new cycling was actually going on.
