The latest scuttlebut aound the Tour is that Cavendish will be DNS on
stage 15 -- Davey Crockett - Madrid bombings now like 9/11 and 7/7 (Inside Jobs) Says Spanish Judge

Yeah, and it didn't look like that breathing-hard, post-race tiredness, more like a deep fatigue.

Yeah it was bad. It seemed like Cavendish had slurred speech too or like he
