Default Should cannabis be mandated?

Since Colorado legalised recreational cannabis drink driving has dropped by 95%. There has been a similar drop in the number of pedestrians and cyclists injured or killed by motor vehicles.

A 95% drop in deaths?

What were the figures "before and after"? They must have been very high
in order to allow a percentage rate like that to be calculated.

And what connection is there between drink driving and legalised drugs?

Has, as a result of "legalised cannabis", the incidence of drink-driving
reduced (if it *has* reduced at all, let alone by "95%") because the
amount of drug-driving has expanded to fill the void?

Do some research.
