Default Is Sylvia Schenk behind the Armstrong affair ?

As the Lab had no way to know the rider's names when they did the EPO test
last year, the minutes linking the figures and the riders seems to come
from....UCI ( Union Cycliste Internationale - Switzeland).

According the today article (Express

http://www.lexpress.fr/info/sciences...asp?ida=434551
)

Sylvia Schenk (Germany) did it as a way for better to affect Hein
Verbruggen - close to Lance - (and his protege Pat McQuaid) weak on the
doping fight;

I gave time ago my list of the potential ennemies behind the Lance affair,
so pls to the list

Emma O'Reilly + Ferrari + Mike Anderson + Greg LeMond + Texan insurance
company SCA + l'Equipe + Leblanc + Ex-Miss Armstrong + Filippo Simeoni +
Patrice Halgand + Ludovic Turpin + the French (or Chirac, of course)
include now

Sylvia Schenk and the ex-USPS soigneur Ron Jongen .....

A lot of people .....

The more I think about this, and I'm not sure if you've followed any
of the stuff, the more this really resembles the Barry Bonds situation.
if you set aside Lance's goodwill from the cancer work, I think he'd be
getting hit just as hard.
Each has supposedly failed tests. Lance has Ferrari, Bonds had Balco.
You've got LA Confidential with Lance, and this stuff
:http://makeashorterlink.com/?M2B4212BB with Bonds. Canseco is
equivalent to Lemond
There are just a ton of paralells here, though my personal opinion is
that the hard evidence is much solider against Bonds, it's still not a
good scene for Lance.

I use to follow the affair in a very " cynic " way.

Too much money, too much financial interest, too much political interest.

It's interesting to note that even though bond's head is two sizes bigger,
people still support him. It's all a conspiracy to protect the Babe, you
know?

A letter from today's VeloNews:

Editor:
Who am I describing: Barry Bonds or Lance Armstrong?
Child prodigy.
World-class athlete.
Late in career, had substantial improvement in already world-class
performance.
Breaks records long believed unbreakable.
Associated with known users of performance-enhancing drugs.
Associated with known providers of performance-enhancing drugs. Accused in
print by associates of drug use.
Has history of bad relations with the sporting press.
Relies on zero positive tests as proof of innocence.
Not in competition at this time.

The answer is: Both of them.

If you believe that only one of them is innocent or guilty, your bias is
showing.

Well..

As we all know, testing in baseball is a lot more lacadasical than in
cycling. Does anyone NOT agree with that? Testing in baseball was and
is still a joke. The testing in cycling is a hell of a lot more in
depth than just about any other sport out there today. And still,
it's not as good as it could be. Tell me about the last time someone
showed up at Bonds' door on a random day to ask for a **** test. If
that ever did happen, I'm sure he'd tell them to **** off, and be
done with it, and nothing would happen.

Only in foreign countries. In the US Lance gets better press than
Jesus.

I marvel at Mr. Giunta's powers of perceptiveness. Still, he left out a
few:
* Is over five feet in height.
* Possesses at least one testicle.
* Has at some point in his life ridden on a bike or other vehicle.
* Takes drugs.

Coincidence?? I think not.

Thanks,
Smurf

The bottom line:

R.I.P.
Lance Armstrong's Myth
Born 25 July, 1999
Died 23 August, 2005
"I never tested positive."

Gosh. I'm glad you're an attorney and not a judge.

I'm assuming that wouldn't automatically disqualify him being nominated
for the Supreme Court one day.
