Default Kerb crawling motorists will be named and shamed.

Why not extend this idea to killer motorists too?

"Kerb crawlers face being named and shamed in a crackdown on
prostitution.

Home Secretary Jacqui Smith will today encourage police to make public
the identities of convicted offenders in local newspapers.

The tactic, which follows a trial scheme in South London, is designed
to use the threat of public humiliation to deter men from using
prostitutes..."

I though that you had been naming them already, now you want to do it twice.

Doug, uk.rec.cycling is in trouble.
If you had been reading it you would have seen that consistent trolling
campaigns by one complete idiot and one bullying, attention seeking berk
have driven most of the good folk away.
Crossposting of this sort can only increase the noise and hasten the
demise of u.r.c.
If that is what you want then carry on. If not then please stop.

"Bullying"? - "attention seeking berk"?

I have seen Guy Chapman called some things - but hadn't thought of
this aspect.

Spot on - well done.

I encourage my children to wear helmets. (Guy Chapman)
Some evidence shows that helmeted cyclists are more likely to hit
their heads. (Guy Chapman)
I have never said that I encourage my children to wear helmets. (Guy
Chapman) - proven to be an outright lie.
He then quickly changed his web page - but "forgot" to change the date
of last amendment
