Quite. A little birdie tells me that Southwark council is already
planning how to spend its Cycling Vision for London [infrastructure]

because the cyclists get into stupid situations, or just kill themselves
running into stationary items, racing on the roads kills quite a few as
well. Cyclists casualties could be halved if cyclists improved their
own use of the roads.
