Default Cyclist, hill, wall: The usual result

Cyclist murdered by wall weapon. All walls should be removed to stop
this slaughter of cyclists. All hills should be flattened so England
can be cycle friendly.

Nothing here about the wall doing something active to kill the man. Like
usung a weapon.
