Default Bike Train beneath fall bridge in Minea

In one of the photos I have seem of the fallen bridge in Minneapolis
there appears to be a two lane bicycle trail beneath the bridge. Does
anyone know if there is a trail below the bridge.

Thanks

Tom

On the bicycle retailer e-list, one of the shops in the area reported that
the first people on the scene trying to help were cyclists, who'd been
riding on the bike path. This was noted prominently in the local news, but
no mention elsewhere.

One of the news photos I saw showed a parked bicycle and a guy
starting to climb up on to one of the railcars, I'll see if I can find
it and link to it.

Not the picture I was looking for, but this is what's underneath,
shows the path anyhow.
