Yes, I repeatedly point out that pavement cyclists are not safe from
pavement motorists and this is a good example. I see the killer has
been released on bail, as usual and I bet that she will only be given
a slap on the wrist by her fellow motorists who dominate the justice
system.

The motorists here will say the vulnerable victim should not have been
riding his bike on the pavement and that is why he is only to blame
for his own death.
