No - it has wheels!


so does a skateboard. I remember this subject coming up before and a
common idea was that if it is human powered by pedals and has any number
of wheels they are OK, EAPC's can be included as they are also legally
defined as a bicycle, but petrol powered mopeds (even those with pedals)
would not be.

So unicycles, bicycles, tricycles (basically)

That machine is more likely to be a motor driven tricopter !
"Bike" equals bicycle or motorbike.
