Default Shocking moment woman uses car 'like a weapon' to hit cyclist inStoke Newington road rage revenge attack

Cycle courier Damien Doughty, 38, was sent flying into a tree after
Justine Henshaw-Bryan, 25, rear-ended him in retaliation after he told
her off for using a mobile phone at the wheel.

He was hurled into a tree in Victorian Grove, Stoke Newington, and ended
in intensive care with a lacerated liver and fractured ribs in February
last year.

Henshaw-Bryan told Wood Green crown court that her then boyfriend Aaron
Hall, who was in the passenger’s seat, grabbed the wheel and aimed at Mr
Doughty.

Cyclist in the wrong. Shouldn't be pretending to be a cop. None of his business if a driver uses a phone. Glad she got revenge on the prat.

Why shouldn't he be a cop. What is wrong with citizens promoting lawful
behaviour.

I don't agree with Pounder on most things but I have never objected to
him blocking the path for pavement cyclists. Not something I would do
myself but it is the law and it is his right to expect people to observe it.

If he's on duty he requires the proper uniform.

It's called being a grasser. Nobody likes grassers.

It's a petty law which police ignore. Same as flashing lights to warn of your presence vs. letting you through: https://youtu.be/9zOQ7JjJYsw

Pounder didn't like it when I told someone off for throwing a LIT cigarette out of her window. And Pounder calls himself a "fireperson"....

Pounder did not like the way that you boasted about bullying a lone woman
driver.
You made sure that there was not a male passenger in the car, then you
verbally abused her.
Little gutless **** all.

I agree with you so far. There is a line between being a tattletale and a responsible citizen.
If my neighbour was growing Weed for his own use I would applaud him.
If he was selling it to kids I would call the cops.

Glad she got revenge on the prat.

she played cop and decided the penalty for politely asking her to not phone and drive should be slammed into a stationary object causing damage to vital internal organs.

No, he played cop by telling her not to use a phone. Most people can multitask, in fact it's needed to operate a car which requires more than one interaction at once. Adding one more (the phone) does not cause a problem.
