could he be any skinnier? He looks like a combination of one of the
baldheaded aliens on star trek, and someone who was just released from
Dachau....

as for fosters...meeh.

Little did I know that when the "chicken" ate his first full meal in a
year that it would it turn him into a superman. Food does work sometimes,
the lesson of stage 8.

Anyone know what happened to O'Grady, and how badly he's hurt?

Broken ribs for O'Grady and a dislocated shoulder for Rogers according to
Jeffs new site (bikeradar.com).

no wonder he was suffering! I felt so bad for him...and the other guy
who crashed and went over the rail gets back on his bike and
finishes...go figure!

Did you know if you go to Australia, and order a Fosters at the bar,
they've
never heard of it? O'Grady will have some time now to enjoy those
wonderful
Australian beers, expect him to hit 200 lbs before someone tells him

maybe
he should start cutting back a wee bit.

Cannibalism works.

' ' ------- this blank intentionally spaced left

According to a a Danish CSC press release, O'Grady has a punctured
lung, a broken collar bone, a broken shoulderblade, 5 broken ribs and
3 "tapper" in his back. It says it is important to emphasize that his
back itself is not broken. I don't know what "tapper" are.

Sounds pretty bad, but I suppose it could be worse. He's a tough guy,
I hope it doesn't stop him for good.

That's a strange dialect.

Apparently he went into the rail while Arroyo went over and got lucky
on his landing site (if it had been Charly Gaul he would probably have
done a barrel roll and a loop and landed back on his bike ready to
continue).

In the video it looked to me like Rogers just crashed a normal wipe-
out without hitting anything and Arroyo t-boned the gaurd-rail
avoiding him.
