coming into contact with the other rider. The next thing I
knew I was on the ground"

Mr Russell, a member of the Fat Birds cycle club, had been
disciplined in the past for riding "head down" in a road race,
a practice banned by the sport's governing body

I have no doubt that Phil Lee will be campaigning for a murder
charge against this rider.

That inquest took place nearly 7 years ago. Gruesome cyclist
related stories a bit hard to come by again, are they?

So it was, odd, because when it appears as a google search result
it says may 18th 2013
What search term are you using, you pathetic no-life retard?

So you are such a morbid loser **** that you go to your computer
and search for the pitiful **** you post. Get a life you moronic
obsessive prick.

The search term is 'cyclist inquest' I find it is a useful source
of material to keep this group alive. What exactly do you
contribute? All I see from you are pathetic insults and name
calling, but I have come to realise that is SOP for cyclists.
I contribute **** all which is significantly greater than your
contribution. I suppose I am the catalyst which causes Dave to
become an even greater idiot.

Since I start the majority of threads, I contribute much more than
you,

Not true. The threads you start are all morbid gloating misinterpreted
****: the more threads you start, the bigger the idiot you become.
Your contribution is negative.

It is a UK cycling group, I post about UK cyclists, surely that is the point
of the group?
Simon Mason is the keeper of the Holy charter for this, his group, but he
won't let anyone see it. If my postings are against the published charter
then I will stop them immediately.
However, I am sorry that you do not like the postings I make, may I suggest
that you do not read them, you can even set up a killfile, I always post
using the same name, so it should be easy, if you post using Google then you
will need the custom COLDBALOX script that Simon wrote in order to enable a
killfile.

It does raise the interesting point that even in a cycle/cycle
incident, her helmet failed miserably to protect her.

That may be a facet of old age, bone becomes thinner and more brittle .

Bicycles are for Children. Like masturbation, something you should grow
out of.
There is something seriously sick and stunted about grown men who want
to ride a bike."

I don't see any mention of whether she was wearing a helmet.

But at 70yrs old she was doing pretty well to be so active, it's a
shame.

It would be a requirement of any responsible race organiser

Where does 'it' 'say' police stopped the race?

Here :

"......Racing was abandoned following the incident, and the road was closed
between Welton Road at Brough and the A1034 at South Cave while emergency
services, including police collision investigators, attended the
scene.........."

Why, do you think the police would have been happy for them to continue the
race, dodging in and out of the emergency services and accident
investigators? Or perhaps you thought that the police would have stood by
and waited for the race to finish before they began their work?
