Bicyclist in the wrong.
The cop passed him safely and not too close.
The altercation was instigated by the bicyclist.

PS What the **** is a gob****e?

The cyclist in this incident was out of order and indeed a
gob****e. The
police car was not too close when it overtook the cyclist..

BTW:
gob****e
noun
IRISH vulgar slang
*a stupid, foolish, or incompetent person*.

OK thanks for the clarification.

Have you never watched "Father Ted"?
A pair of fecking women's knickers!
I love my brick!

No I have never watched "Father Ted"
What is it or him?

As I already suspected, there goes a man of taste and discernment.

Believe me, Peter, you have missed nothing of value. It is (or was) a
"comedy" programme aimed at thirty-somethings in extended adolescence
who find it hilarious when a character says "****".

It has recently been re-launched as "Mrs Brown". Exactly the same
formula.

The swearing wasn't what made it funny, it was the characters.

Yeah, right.

ANd I bet you buy Playboy magazine for the articles.

And I suppose you think Billy Connelly isn't funny because he swears.

A devout Muslim entered a black cab in London. He curtly asked the cabbie to turn off the radio because as decreed by his religious teaching, he must not listen to music because in the time of the prophet there was no music, especially Western music which is the music of the infidel.
The cab driver politely switched off the radio, stopped the cab and opened the door.
The Arab asked him, "What are you doing?"
The cabbie answered, "In the time of the prophet there were no taxis, so **** off and wait for a camel!!"

He appears to be a prude. Any sweary programmes are broadcast after the
watershed (9pm) for adults.

I got very angry with Sky once - I'd recorded a film that was broadcast at 11pm, and the ****ing box wouldn't let me play it before 9! I had to speak to several helpdesk morons to get the stupid parental lock **** off my own ****ing box!
