Default Cyclist killer jailed for nearly 5 years

It eventually ended up at Sheffield Crown Court and he was sentenced
today.

Just shows you that falling a distance of (say) 6 feet and banging your head on
the ground can kill you.

Simple Simon Mason - who cycles at 25mph in 20mph limits just because the limits do not apply to cyclists.

probably have been careless driving and six months at most, if any.

picking the victim up and dropping them on their head again.


So, what was the point you were trying to make?


Does every accident involving a human falling result from their having been
"picked up" and then dropped on their head?

In fact, do *any* such accidents result from that cause?

If not, what was the point you were trying to make?
