What the HELL is this doing in a cycling group!

Why are you getting so upset by it? It was only one post, FFS, and not
uninteresting in itself.

Because he is a knob and cannot wait to start his new job in the
Hitler youth doing his moderation.

He has previously said:

"It's much better if the moderators are mysterious and arbitrary, and
every moderation decision is unexplained and final. "

8.8 looks a bit dodgy:

"If the Seller delivered the Products using a delivery service, the cost of
such delivery service may be deducted from any amount refunded pursuant to
condition 8.7."

Does that sound right?

You meant to post this to a driving group, obviously, as it's of
zero
relevance to cycling.

What!? even to the many who drive cars as well as cycle?
I'm sure they would want to know something as important as that.

Less than £1 per fine is not all that important to most people.

If the fine is £x then the fine is £x. Not £(x+1).

If you are returning goods for refund because thay are faulty then the
supplier must refund the delivery costs as well as your costs of
returning them. That bit I'm 99% sure of.

If you just changed your mind, then they can charge you for the
original delivery and return can be at your own expense, as far as I
am aware.

No, you can reject the good affter inspection but you must pay for their
return.

Indeed - have you thought of seeking medical advice and help for it?

Yeah, but the hit-man asks for too much.

Are you gramatically challenged too?

I'll spell out what I said again. If the goods are faulty the supplier
pays *all* costs, original shipping and return shipping costs.

If you just change your mind within the "cooling off" period you may
have to pay the costs, but some suppliers are more enlightened and
will cover the costs themselves.

Well, 8.8 and 8.9 (and maybe 8.10) for a start.

ffs - use a filter.

You'll soon be able to play little Hitler and stop such things if your
censoring group gets formed.
