Default Anchor points? Anyone know where to get these?

In the australian cyclist, there used to be a product that was a bit
like a metal cup, with a hole in the end, and another crossways through
it.

The idea was you could drill a hole in a wall, put in a dynabolt, and
then lock this on. When it came to attaching your bike you threaded your
(newly replaced!) kryptonite thru it, around your bike frame, and then
locked it.

Anyone know where to get these?

Anyone got that promised SAE envelope for returning their kryptonite?

Ta,
