bike sheds?

Hello fellow cyclists,

I'm a trike rider, and my trike takes up a lot of space in my
gararge.


I'd like to build a secure space to store it... Maybe some sort of
backyard bike shed.


I know that this isn't an original idea, and somebody, somewhere, has
done it before. Do you guys have any advice?

You can buy a prefab shed at Lowe's/Menard's/Home Depot. However, you
should get one that has a door that is at least a couple of inches wider
than your trike at its widest point.

Tom likes to sit in the trike and watch reruns of Obama speeches while
fantasizing about hope and change. Other times he uses the trike as extra
seating for his major holiday parties. Watching his guests try to get out
of the trike once they've mangaged to get themselves in is a source of
amusement for everyone.

The trike is not that hard to get out of, unlike certain lowracers with
fixed tiller steering.

You may be right. I've never been in (or should it be on?) one, but did see
an older woman in one and it two guys and a small boy to get her out (off?)
of it.

Great suggestion. Is this something you do?

Even though it's tarped, I wonder if the weather - and fluctuations in
temp - will effect it. Of course, one should keep a close eye on thier
trike...
