It must be a different Jeremy Clarkson!

I liked this bit - maybe psycholists can learn from it:

"In Britain cycling is a political statement. You have a camera on your
helmet so that motorists who carve you up can be pilloried on YouTube. You
have shorts. You have a beard and an attitude. You wear a uniform. Cycling
has become the outdoorsy wing of the NUM and CND."

"the NUM and CND!!"
Lord, he's bang-up-to-date in his political fantasies, isn't he?
Perhaps it's because the Falklands is coming around again?

No - I reckon it is to match his wardrobe which is as stuck in the
1970's as his narrow minded Mr Toad outlook on life is.

Did Nugent really say that he agreed with the "Love London Go Dutch"
campaign?
I would have loved to have seen that - but he is in my killfile, so I
didn't.

Of course you didn't :-)

Have you noticed how some ******s actually need to tell someone when they have been put in the kill-file?
But then of course - the really serious ******s have to remind people periodically; particularly when they have let
something slip which shows that they do actually read the "kill-filed" poster.

Its the only sane point of view. Anything tho thinks a bike is anything other
than a cheap method of transport - eg some kind of political statement - needs
to see a shrink.

No - Clarkson is making real progress here.
He doesn't need the shrink anymore - he can be rehabilitated with
time.

I'm sure millionaire, TV presenter, author & newspaper columnist Jeremy
Clarkson will be shattered by the opinion of a ****wit from Hull.

The question is, where should that time be served?- Hide quoted text -

Preferably on a stationary bike - he needs to shift a load of blubber
off his belly of course.
