Default C- and A+ for the Greater London Authority

I sent an email to the chap organising an awards ceremony at London's
City Hall, saying that I and two 11 year old children would be cycling
the 5 miles to the venue, and asking about parking and changing
facilities.

He replied that there were hoops outside the building, covered by
CCTV, and I could book in at City Hall and ask for directions to the
changing facilities.

C-

I then had an email from Chris Fleming, who I know slightly, and is
head of Cycling Strategy for the GLA. He is going to meet me and the
children at the entrance to the underground car park, and escort us to
secure cycle parking and then to the changing rooms.

A+

As perhaps you can tell, I am more excited about arriving at City Hall
by bike with two children than the awards ceremony itself.
